Purchases can be made in store or over the phone if applicable
We accept:
-Major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
-Cash or Local checks -USPS Money Orders.
Call for Instructions to Wire U.S. funds.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders.
Taxes and shipping will be applied as required.

FFL Documentation

- FFL: Please email your FFL documentation to Gun Depot if the validity can be verified on the ATF’s EZ Check website. Document must be legible and include Premise Address and License Number. If validity cannot be checked on the ATF EZ Check website, the document must be signed in ink and mailed to Gun Depot.
Shipping Policy
- We professionally pack your order.
- It will take an average of 5-7 business days for you to receive your shipment after we have received your payment and all supporting documents (FFL) if required.
- Next Day Shipping is available at additional cost.
- No refunds on shipping costs.
Returns
- We honor a three day inspection period after you receive your merchandise.
- Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent in for a full refund.
- You must call for an RMA number before returning an item.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
Privacy
Gun Depot must collect certain personal information in order to do business with its customers. We do not collect information unless it is voluntarily provided.
Financial: We share financial information with non-affiliated third parties such as financial institutions to facilitate the completion of sale transactions, to respond to subpoenas, for other legal compliance purposes, and for billing and collections.
Email: Email messages generated by our website result directly from the user’s actions such as a purchase. Users may opt-out of receiving many future mailings. We and our third party service providers currently log responses from web beacons, but this information is not stored or linked to your personal information in our systems.
How We Share Your Information: We do not sell or rent your personal information collected on the Site to non-affiliated third parties.
Children’s Privacy
Gun Depot and/or GunDepotUS.com is not intended for persons less than 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children, and we do not knowingly market our services to children. If you are under 13 years of age, do not use GunDepotUS.com.
